After payment has been received, there is a 48 hour cooling off period after which time no refund will be given.

Although we work through the document package with you, you are responsible for making the decision about whether your business fits a category of income tax exempt NFP. You should obtain your own legal and or tax advice before making that decision. We are not responsible for any consequences arising if your business does not fit a category of income tax exempt NFP.
